BRADMAN INJURES LEG

HOPES TO BE RIGHT TO-DAY (Rec. 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Don Bradman last night had special treatment for an injured leg to enable him to hat to-day in the second test. Bradman injured his leg while fielding, in the last few minutes of play yesterday. He went to a massage table, as soon as play ceased, and said the leg was very sore, but hopes to be right today. Cricket writers disagree about England’s batting collapse. Some think the wicket aided the Australian spin bowlers, but others attribute England’s poor score to bad batting against good length howling.
