CHANGES ANNOUNCED
DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE (P.A.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Three new appointments .to the Department of Agriculture are announced. Mr H. A. Foy, Assistant-Director of lie Dairy Division since _ 1944, becomes Director of the Division. Mr H. P. Peteh, formerly Superintendent of Butter- Instruction for New Zealand,. has been appointed AssistantDirector of the Division, and Mr H. G. Philpott takes the new position of Supervisor of Government Herd Recording. These three changes follow the retirement of Mr G. M. Valentine as head of the Division.
