INHABITANTS TERROR-STRICKEN (Rec. 1.30) *NEW YORK, Aug. 8. Fordham University seismograph recbrded a hew earthquake in the Caribbean Sea. almost as bad as last Sunday’s. ! The Philadelphia, St. Louis and Chicago seismographs, all recorded very strong shocks. •Dominican residents telephoned ’ New .-Ybrk advising of a new intense earthquake at Hilling in the Caribbean Sea. Inhabitants of San Pedro an.d Macoris are fleeing terror-stricken into the hills.
