SHIPS HELD UP
SHORTAGE OF SEAMEN (P.A.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Union Steam Ship Company advised to-day that the Kaimai and Iviwitea, which were ready to sail from Wellington to-day for the West Coast to load coal for the North Island, are held up because of a shortage of seamen.
