BRIGHT SUNSHINE TO-DAY Though there was a nip in the air early, following a slight frost, the sun soon came out and Ashburton enjoyed bright sunshine to-day. The maximum temperature yesterday was 5G.4 degrees, compared with 60.5 degrees on Thursday. The screen minimum last night was 35. G degrees compared with 34 degrees the previous night. Frost last night was 1.7 degrees; on Thursday night it was 3.7 degrees. The barometer had risen, to-day to 29.11 incliesi from. 29.10 inches yesterday. Radar Station Readings Relative humidity at the radar research station at 9.30 this morning was 100 per cent, compared with 94 per cent, yesterday. Further outlook: Mainly fair with only isolated showers.
