TWO WOMEN HOLD CRIMINAL (Rec. 12.55 p.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Two women who saw a man hurl a flower-pot through the window of a flat and then enter, seized him and held him till a third woman had summoney t lie police. They caught the man, who was young* and powerfully built, when lie walked out of the flat carrying various articles.

He offered them £IOO to let him go, but said he was not going to strike women.

Later, at the police station, lie is. alleged to have. admitted a previous offence of breaking and entering.
