arrangements approved (Rec. 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, July 30. The arrangements for the lioyaJ tour of South Africa and Rhodesia have been approved by the King. Ihe tour will last 10 weeks and the Royal family will leave Britain in the battleship H.M.S. Vanguard, arriving at Cape Town about February 17. ■ Engagements include the opening of Parliament by the King at Cape Town, a stay at Government House, Pretoria, and visits to game reserves and native territories. The Royal Party will then fly to Rhodesia. Tor most of the tour they will live in the Royal train. Princess Elizabeth will celebrate liei -21st- birthday on April 21 in Cape Town. The King and Queen and the Princesses will begin a holiday at Balmoral next week after a heavy round of public engagements:. The King recently spent some of the busiest weeks of bis reign and Princess Elizabeth accepted more public engagements than ever before.
