Indian Frontier Rioting.—Rioting, looting and attempted arson occurred in the city of Abbottabad which is an important military bill station about 20 miles from Nathiagali, the summer headquarters of the Frontier Government according to a communique issued by the North-west Frontier Government. The communique said two persons were killed and eight wounded “as the results of indiscriminate fire by civilians.”
