SEVEN NATIONAL PARTY NOMINATIONS Seven nominations for selection as the National Party’s candidate in the Selwyn electorate, had been received when nominations closed last evening. They were those of Messrs A. M. Carpenter (farmer), A. Lexington Jones (dentist), J. K. McAlpine (farmer), W. P. McArthur (chemist and farmer) Colin Mi In. (printing sales manager), W. H. Overton (farmer), and G. C, Warren (farmer). The selection committee of delegates from all branches in the electorate will meet oh July 10,
