PARLIAMENTARY CONFERENCE (Rec. 10.30 a.m.) BERMUDA, June 12. / Empire and United States delegates to the British Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference discussed in camera the question of an international security system and its relation to defence. The . secrecy surrounding the discussions aroused opposition from Bermuda legislators and local newspapers refused to accept prepared releases from the conference. The secretary (Sir Howard Degville) said yesterday’s release merely mentioned the subject of the first session of the discussions and the speakers, who included, in addition to American and Canadian representatives, Mr Anthony Eden, and Messrs Kennedy and K. J. Holyoake, of New Zealand,
