BURKE’S CREEK COLLIERY

ACQUISITION BY STATE (P.A.) WELLINGTON, May 30. The Acting-Minister of Mines (the Hon. J. O’Brien) confirmed a report from Greymouth that the State had acquired the Burke’s Creek colliery.
