BORDER INCIDENTS
FRENCH EXPLANATION (Rec. 11.10 a.m.) LONDON, May 30. French forces entered Siamese territory on a number of occasions in the last Jew weeks pursuing Annamese and Laotian rebels who are marauding French Indo-China, states a communique issued by the French High Commissariat in Saigon. It adds that the latest of these incidents occurred on May 24 when French troops chased a group of 50 to 60 rebels and an unspecified number of Siamese across River frontier, and remained on Siamese territory for.three hours. Three Siamese carrying French arms were killed.
