FRENCH EXPLANATION (Rec. 11.10 a.m.) LONDON, May 30. French forces entered Siamese territory on a number of occasions in the last Jew weeks pursuing Annamese and Laotian rebels who are marauding French Indo-China, states a communique issued by the French High Commissariat in Saigon.
