GREEK PLEBISCITE
NO FRENCH OBSERVERS (Rec. 11.15 a.m.) LONDON, May 30. It is learned officially that the French Government has declined the Greek Government’s invitation to send observers to the Plebiscite off September 1 on the> return of King George, says Renter’s diplomatic correspondent. French opinion is that the Greek problem has consistently tended toward a monarchist solution.
