JOCKEY’S BAD LUCK
HORSE BITES OFF TOP OF FINGER (Rec. 11.0 a.m.) LONDON, May 27. The jockey, Peter Maher, liacl mixed luck at Hamilton Park races in Scotland to-day. He rode the winner in the first race, but when mounting for the second raeb life horse, Senorbrume, suddenly turned its head and bit off the top joint of one of the fingers of Maher’s left band.
A substitute jockey rode Senor* brume into third place.
