NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER. i NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Ashburton Borough Council held on Monday, the 11th day of March, 1913, the following resolutions were passed and will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Council to be held on the 11th day of April, 1946, at 9 a.m., in the Municipal Chambers, Havelock Street, Ashburton. Viz: “The Ashburton Borough Council doth hereby resolve by way of Special Order to raise the sums of: A. £8,200, for the purpose of providing Water and Drainage for the Allenton Area of the Borough. B. £15,250, for the purpose of providing Water and Drainage for the Allenton Area of the Borough.” Copies of the said Special Orders are deposited at the Town Clerk’s Office, Havelock Street, and are available for inspection by the Public during Office hours.
