RUMANIAN POLICY

PERMANENT COLLABORATION (Rec. 12.86) BUCHAREST, Dec. 16. Permanent collaboration with Russia within the framework of the world organisation remained the foundation of Rumanian foreign policy, said the Foreign Minister, Dr. George Tatarescu.
