TROUBLE IN GREECE (Rec. 12.45 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 14. Clashes over a large area between E.A.M. Communists, eoalitionities, partisans and other Greeks were' broken up by police, reports the Associated Press correspondent in Athens. No serious injuries were reported. The police stopped an E.A.M. Communist demonstration demanding full amnesty for political prisoners—the second demonstration in four days. The Greek Cabinet is considering the text of the annesty decree, but it is held up because of a disagreement over granting the pardons for murders, committed during the occupation.
