CONTROL IN GERMANY PREVENTION OF AGGRESSION (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright.) (Rec. 32.30 p.m.) BERLIN, Dec. 3. Two now laws—one to knock out. a large section of Germany’s war potential by smashing forever the I. G. 'Earben Trust and, second, 1o knock Die martial spirit old of Iho Gormans by outlawing military training under any guise—is published by the Allied Control Council. The Allies already have seized a majority of 1. G, Eurben properties in Germany, but the latest law formally vests in the Control Council legal title to all 300 Earbcu plants. Tiie Control Council stated: “The law has been enacted to ensure Ihat. Germany will never again Ihreaton her neighbours or the peace of the world.” The commanders of the Lour occupa tion zones will serve as the Farben control group.
