TROOPS IN MANCHURIA
RUSSIANS TO REMAIN (Rec. 11.30 a.m.) MOSCOW, Nov. 30. At the request of the Chinese Central Government, Russia is postponing the withdrawal of her troops from Manchuria, according to a Tass Agency dis®Rtch from Hsinking. The Chinese-Russian Treaty of August 14 called for their withdrawal by December 3,-but the Chinese General Sunshihui is reported to have informed Marshal Malinovsky that the Chinese Government is having great difficulty in transporting its army to Manchuria because of the presence in Manchuria of Chinese anti-Govern-ment troops. General Sunshihui told Marshal Malinovsky that a difficult problem would be created for the Chinese in Manchuria if the Russians were evacuated at the treaty’s specified time.
