CASUALTY LIST.
TWO DEATHS REPORTED. A New Zealand Expeditionary Force casualty list issued on Saturday reported one man killed in action (previously missing) and one killed on active service. Sixteen men previously prisoner of war are now safe in Odessa. The Canterbury list is: Safe in Odessa. Deans. Patrick Alexander, Pte., Coalgate. Jack. Wesley Herbert, Pte., Timaru. McNeil, James, Gnr., Christchurch. Taylor, Alfred Clarence, Gnr., Christchurch.
