A. AND P. ASSOCIATION OFFICERS
No election of officers will he necessary at the annual meeting of the Ashburton Agricultural and Pastoral Association on March 23, nominations received by the secretary (Mr W. H. Amos) being just sufficient to fill all offices.
The new president will be Mr S. H. Li 11 and the new vice-president will be Mr J. Blair. The following will he the committee —Messrs J. W. Butterick, D. Cairns, R. J. Chapman, F. P. Cookson, .H. M. Copland, D. J. Doak, J. Davidson, J. Gregory, P. J. Hanrahan, A. G. Holmes F. G. Herridge, J. M. Johnston, R. T. Latimer, S. G. Lemon, W. T. Lowe, J. W. Lowery. P. J. Mowat, J. E. Moore. M. D. McDowell. G. H. Nicoll, W. M. Skevington, J. Small, T. S. Taylor, and M. S. Turton. The new members are Messrs Copland, Nicoll and Lowery, replacing Mr Blair (now vice-presi-dent), and Messrs L. J. Fechney and F. G. Evans, who did not seek reelection.
