Ashburton Hospital Board.—At the Ashburton Hospital Board meeting today Dr. Arthur Kidd, of Christchurch, was appointed resident surgeon at the Ashburton Hospital. Dr. Russell Wells, Timaru, was one of the seven other applicants.
