BRITISH NEWSPAPERS.
PARTIAL BAN FOR A PERIOD. LONDON, March 31. The British Government will shortly ban for a time the export of some newspapers to prevent the leakage of vital information. The ban will not apply to the morning papers, but evening papers and provincial and London weeklies will not be sent to countries other than the British Empire and the United States. The ban also will not apply to papers sent to the services overseas.
