COMMUNITY SING.

'Hie sum of £lB for patriotic purposes was raised at a community sing held in Hie Tinwald Town Hall by (lie local Patriotic Committee last evening. There was a fairly good attendance, Mr 11. B. Milichamp presiding. Tlie- singing was led by Mr J. Taylor, with Mrs I). Shaw at the piano. Solos were sung by Messrs Taylor and W. J. Hollow and the Misses M. and J. Shaw. Miss Chalmers gave Highland dances.
