ST. JAMES THEATRE. “Unpublished Story,” from an English studio, "will have its final screening this evening at the St. James Theatre. A mythical South Sea island provides the picturesque setting for Universal’s new Allan Jones-Jane Frazee picture, “Rhythm of the Islands,” coming to-morrow and on Friday. Jones, in the new picture, portrays the colourful role of a phony island chieftain. He sings five numbers especially written for him. A brilliant supporting cast includes Andy Devine, who plays a beach - comber; Mary Wickes, Andy’s Brooklyn fiancee, and Acquanetta, a native sarong-girl. Featured prominently are the Step Brothers and the Horton dancers. The second feature will be “Wild Cat,” starring Arline Judge and Richard Arlen, in a story of the oil-well area of America.
