FOUND DEAD IN CAR.

Mr 11. L. Mueller, a railway porter stationed at. Dromore, residing at. 127 Aitken Street, was found dead in bis motor-car in the garage, at the back of the house where he lived, at about 6.30 o’clock this morning. The engine of the motor car was running and the dead man was sitting in the front seat. The end of a piece of rubber tubing fastened to the car’s exhaust, pipe was close to his face. J-Ie was wearing his ordinary trousers over his pyjamas, Mr Mueller, who was a single man, aged 62 had been in ill-health for some time and was on sick leave. He was found by the owner of the house, Mr O. J. Hawkes. His brother is Mr R. F. Mueller, of Methven. An inquest will be held to-morrow.
