(Rec. 10 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 19. Soviet guerilla detachments operating in the Minsk region have blown up 15 military trains, states a supplement to the Soviet eommmunique. Thirteen engines and over 70 cai’riages were destroyed, the line being blocked for three days. Another detachment derailed* 13 trains and killed or wounded over 100 German soldiers. —British Official Wireless.
