BAND SUNDAY.

Eight hands will take part in the’ patriotic hand Sunday at. the Domain to-morrow. There will be four pipe bands —two from Christchurch, one from Ashburton and one from Met liven — the Christchurch and Ashburton Silver Bands, the Ashburton Imperial Harmonica Band and the Ashburton Salvation Army Band. Special features will be joint, selections by the Christchurch pipe and silver bands, and a. drum-major’s display by the Christchurch Pipe Band. The programme, was arranged by the Ashton County Scottish Society’s Pipe Band, will commence with a street parade leaving Baring Square at 1.30 p.m.
