ASHBURTON CLUB REVIVED. FIRST SPORTS HELD. SOME GOOD TIMES PUT UP. The recently-revived Ashburton Amateur Cycling and Athletic Club held its opening meeting at the Domain this afternoon before a good attendance. The grounds were in good order and the weather was ideal. Somegood times were put up. All events were scatch except the women’s
sprint. A number of members of the South Canterbury Amateur Athletic and Cycling Club took part.
