NO DECISION MADE YET. Only one offer of assistance With the children, in addition to the camp commandant’s. (Mrs M. Constable) and the camp sister’s (Mrs H. W. Cooke) had been received, reported the president (Mr E. C. Batliufst) at a meeting -of the Health Camp Committee yesterday afternoon. Mrs F. Curtis (chairman of the Ashburton sub-branch of the Red Cross Society), who was present by invitation, offered to endeavour to obtain assistance from Voluntary Aids. Pending a report by Mrs Curtis, it was decided to hold another meeting next Monday to make a final decision.
