Roll out thin, line patty pans or one large tin plate with pastry, half fill with Marmalade Filling and bake 20 minutes. Filling: loz butter; loz sugar; 1 neaten egg; 2oz flour; £ teaspoon baking powder; 2 tablespoons marmalade, Cream gutter and sugar, add egg and other ingredients. Use as above.
