RENEWAL LOAN OF £48,250. is hereby given that, at its - 11 Meeting on 10th April, 1043, tlie Ashburton Electric Power Board resolved to raise by Special Order, under Section. 17 of the Local Bodies Loans Act, a loan of £48,‘250 for a terra of 20 years with interest not exceeding £3/7/6 per centum per annum, the loan to he fully paid off within the term, for the purpose of:— REDEEMING THE OUTSTANDING LIABILITY IN RESPECT OF SECTIONS 2 of £30,000 and 5 of £25,000 OF THE SPECIAL LOAN, 1022, £326,150 WHICH MATURES RESPECTIVELY ON 14th MAY, 1043, and 21st OCTOBER. 1043. The Board proposes to'confirm the above-mentioned resolution at its Meeting to be held in, the Offices in Ashburton on MONDAY, the 17th day of May, 1043, at 11 a.m. Copies of the resolution may .be inspected at the Offices of the Board, Kermode Street, Ashburton.
