RENEWAL LOAN OF £48,250. is hereby given that, at its - 11 Meeting on 10th April, 1043, tlie Ashburton Electric Power Board resolved to raise by Special Order, under Section. 17 of the Local Bodies Loans Act, a loan of £48,‘250 for a terra of 20 years with interest not exceeding £3/7/6 per centum per annum, the loan to he fully paid off within the term, for the purpose of:— REDEEMING THE OUTSTANDING LIABILITY IN RESPECT OF SECTIONS 2 of £30,000 and 5 of £25,000 OF THE SPECIAL LOAN, 1022, £326,150 WHICH MATURES RESPECTIVELY ON 14th MAY, 1043, and 21st OCTOBER. 1043.
