JOCKEY INJURED.

(P.A.) AUCKLAND, May 2. Injured at Saturday’s races at Ellerslie, the well-known jockey, James Frederick Fergus, a married man, aged 30, was taken to hospital with concussion and multiple injuries. He was in a serious condition to-night. He fell in the Hobsonville Hurdles.
