ENEMY PATROL CRAFT ENGAGED ONE GERMAN BOAT SUNK ANOTHER BURNING FIERCELY. (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright.) (Rec. 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, May 2. The Admiralty announced that light coastal forces early on Saturday morning successfully engaged four heavilyarmed enemy patrol craft off Terschelling. The auction lasted about threequarters of an hour and His Majesty s ships' pressed home their attacks to close range with great determination. One patrol craft was sunk and two others were left stopped and burning fiercely and unlikely too he able Ito return to port. His Majesty’s ships suffered a small number of casualties and slight damage, hut. returned safely.—British Official Wireless.
