WARSHIPS LEAVE GIBRALTAR. . (Rec. 12.20 p.m.) London, April 30. The Berlin radio reported that 150 landing barges, escorted by destroyers and patrol vessels, and later the battleships Rodney, Malaya and Renown and the aircraft-carriers Furious and Illustrious and Argus left Gibraltar with four cruisers and eight destroyers.
