Monday to Friday—7 a.m., 11 am. ; 3 p.m., and letters only 8 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday— Guard’s van 3.37 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday— Guard’s van, 5.13 p.m. Saturdays only— 7 a.m., 11 a.m . late fee at guard’s van 12.10 p.m.; 12.30 p.m.; guard’s van, 5.13 p.m. Mails for the south close as follow:--
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday—7 a.m., late fee at Post Office 9.25 a.m., late fee at guard’s van 10.4 a.m.
Wednesdays and Fridays—ll a.m late fee at Post Office 1.45 p.m guard’s van 2.6 p.m.
Monday to Friday (inclusive) —8 p.m., letters only Timaru, Oamaru, Dunedin and south of Dunedin. Air Mail Services.
Trans-Tasman air mails will be despatched as opportunity offers.
Air mails within New Zealand close at the Ashburton Pest Office: Northbound—Daily Monday to Friday (both included) 8 p.m. South-bound —Daily Monday to Friday (both included) 9 a.m.
Overseas Mails (Outward). Mails for overseas will be closed and forwarded as opportunity offers.
