Mails tor the north close at Ashburton as follow: Monday to Friday—7 a.m.; 11 a.m.; 3 p.ra., and letters only 8 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday— Guard’s van 3.37 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, guard s van, 5.13 p.m. Saturdays only late fee at guard’s van 12.10 p.m.; 12.30 p.m.; guard’s van, 5.13 p.m. Mails for the south close as follow: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday—7 a.m., late fee at Post Office 9.25 a.m., late fee at guard’s van 10.4 a m.
Wednesdays and Fridays—ll a.m., late feo at Post Office 1.45 p.m., guard’s van 2.6 p.m. * Monday to Friday (inclusive) 8 p.m., letters only Timaru, Oamaru, Dunedin and south of DunedinAir Mail Services. Trans-Tasman air mails will bo despatched as opportunity offers. Air moils within New Zealand Hose at the Ashburton Post Office: Northbound—Daily Monday to Friday (both included) 8 p.m. South-bound—Daily Monday io Friday (both included) 9 a.m. Overseas Mails (Outward). Mails tor oversea! will be closed and forwarded as opportunity offers.
