ST. JAMES THEATRE. The “Thin Man” is on the loose again, which means that William Powell and Myrna Loy have once again assumed their famous characterisations as Nick and Nora'Charles, with Nick, Jr., and Asta rounding out the noted detective’s family in “Shadow of tho Thin Man,” showing to-night, Monday and. Tuesday nights and at the matinee on Tuesday. It is a treat any time this film team get together, hut particularly so in a “Thin Man” story, which balances the slaphappy domestic life of the Charles family with a murder mystery. This 1 time Detective Charles faces one of his most difficult sleuthing problems, dealing with no less, than three corpses. Nora, as usual, tries to bo the helpful little woman and; as usual, adds only to Nick’s troubles in a score of amusing situations. Nick, Jr., now walking and talking, proves to bo a young tyrant.
