YOUNG MAN KILLED.
AIRCRAFT CRASHES IN GULLY. (T\A.) TIMAR.U, September 27. Kenneth Walter Cox, aged 27, was killed this afternoon, at Fair view when he took up for the first time a. singleseater aeroplane which he had purchased in Christchurch a. month ago. The machine did not gain much altitude, and was flying down a gully, above a creek when, it crashed. Cox, who was ta carpenter by trade, and not an experienced pilot, was killed instantly.
