SLOOP DESTROYS U-BOATS. LONDON, July G. . A sloop of the Royal Navy is fast becoming tln> champion submarine killer of the war. As leader of an escort group it has accounted for six submarines in the last year. ViceAdmiral Sir William Whitworth recently visited the ship and congratulated the crew on its work.
