SEVERE DAMAGE.
RAIDS ON PORT OF AKYAB. (Rec. 1.10 a.m.) CALCUTTA, July 7. The port of Akyah (Burma) was severely damaged as the result of the recent attacks by the Royal Air Force. The harbour, aerodrome buildings and other installations will be unserviceable for a considerable time.
