MORE MARRIED MEN CALLED UP

TERRITORIAL SERVICE. RESERVISTS WITH CHILDREN. AGE GROUP 32 TO 34 INCLUDED. 273 ON ASHBURTON LIST. Two hundred and seventy-three men of Ashburton Borough and County were called up for service with the armed forces in a Gazette published to-day. The list, which is the sixteenth to be Gazetted, includes the married men with children between the ages of 18 and 34, and those of other classes who have become liable for service, in the age groups between 18 and 45. There are 273 men in the Ashburton list, while for the whole of the Canterbury military district the list totals 3109. The Gazette contains 21,268 names.
