SWIMMING.
BOYS’ BACKSTROKE RECORD. (P,A.) DUNEDIN, April 19. In a special attempt at the Air Training Corps swimming championships last night, Cadet A. R. Wilson, of Dunedin, lowered the intermediate boys’ 100 yards backstroke record of 71 2-ssec by 3-5 of a second.
