AIRMAN FALLS 22,000 FEET. LONDON, March 22. Dropping 22,000 feet from a damaged bomber when his parachute failed to open, Lieutenant Chisov, of the Russian Air Force, nevertheless lived to tell the tale. He hit deep snow, says a Moscow press message, and slid safely down a hillside.
