EVACUATION ORDER.

JAPANESE IN PUGET SOUND. (Pee. 10.5 (NEW YORK. Alar. 23. According to a San Francisco message, tin l Army has ordered the forcible evacuation of all Japanese from Hainbridge Island, in Puget Sound, on the north-western corner of the United States, opposite Bremerton navy yard, which becomes effective next Monday. The order constitutes the first compulsory exclusion action against Japanese on the west coast. _ Evacuations are now under way m Southern California and elsewhere.
