According to the Tokio racli'o, the Domei News Agency says the Japanese authorities in the Philippines have banned the celebration of American national holidays, allowing only Good Friday, Easter and Christmas. They ordered' observance of the accession to the throne of the first Japanese Emperor on February 11, the birthday of the Emperor Hirohito, and the birthday nf the Emperor Meiji on November 3.
