Birth, Marriage and Death Notices—3/- per insertion. Funeral Notices—4/- per insertion. In Memoriam Notices—3/- per insertion ; if verses added, 6d each line. Bereavement Notices —3/- per insertion. Engagement Notices—s/- per insertion. (in order to guard against imposition, all such Announcements must be authenticated to ensure their insertion). CASUAL ADVERTISING. Advertisers are informed that letters addressed to a nom de plume or initials, care of any Post Office, will NOT be delivered by the Postal Department. For the convenience of advertisers replies to advertisements may be sent to the “Guardian* ’ Office, but the Proprietors do not accept any responsibility in this respect. _ While every care is exercised in regard to the insertion and classification of advertisements, the Proprietors do not hold themselves responsible for errors or non-insertion through accident or from other causes, and the Proprietors reserve to themselves the right of omitting advertisements that they may deem objeectionable, even though such advertisements may have been received and paid for in the usual course of business.
