TWO RUSSIAN CRAND DUKES.
(Rec. 12.0 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 9. The Grand Duke Cyril, of Atussia, who after the death of the Grand Drnce Nicholas proclaimed himself Emperor of all the Russias, is at present at Hitler’s headquarters on the Eastern Front with his son, the Grand Duke Vladimir, whom Hitler is reported to be intending to proclaim Czar of the Ukraine. ■ iße£)ortmg this the Zurich correspondent of the British United Press says it is regarded as significant that new German maps of Russia are again bearing the old Czarist names.
