FAULTY WAR PRODUCTION. ENDANGERING OF SUPPLIES (Rec. 12.5 pm.) BERLIN, Sept. 9. A decree signed by Hitler, Reichsmarshal Goering, Frick and Dr. Lammers, a member of the Cabinet, provides for imprisonment for faulty production of war materials and for endangering explosives, arms, food stores and forests by smoking, also for extreme profiteering or attempting, to use false identity papers. *
