MAN’S TRAGIC END.
DEATH JUST BEFORE WEDDING (P.A.) AUCKLAND, Sept. 7. A tragic death occurred on Saturday when Mr Albert Benton, who was to have been married at 5 o’clock the same afternoon, became ill and died at his home in Titiranga. Mr Benton was aged 27 and w r as employed as a liftman in the city. Mr Benton spent the afternoon working in his garden, and became ill at 4 o’clock. He died at 6 p.m.
